time, the meats are marinated and cooked. Then tossed together
with the vegetables.
You have a choice, whether you want to stir
fry, or cook in microwave. Both are excellent.
You can microwave
the vegetables without the meat.
If you already have a meat you are serving.
These vegetables are a Chinese way of cooking. Tender but still
crunchy. The cooking in a wok, or a microwave, retains the color
and flavor of the vegetables. Timing is everything. Place the dish in
the microwave minutes before serving. Your
vegetables will be tender crisp and hot. Toss together with
the meat and you have a meal
