Kwas (Cold Russian Soup)

This is a favorite of the Russian people.
You have to try it, to appreciate it.
On a HOT summers day, when eating this cold soup
as some would like to call it.
It is so REFRESHING.
Russian people, many vegetarians, would enjoy this
“KWAS” (cold soup) with fried, baked or boiled potatoes.

It is very rich, made out of grated cucumbers, boiled eggs, rolled oats,
green onions, WHIPPING CREAM and water.
With added fresh dill.
Has to be chilled or one may add ice cubes.
